Senior Contract Administrator: Landmark Project

National Contractor- Commercial Construction
Senior Role
A hands-on, highly experienced and ambitious Senior Contract Administrator is required to meet current and future commitments of this successful, privately owned national top tier contractor. This landmark commercial construction project will catapult you to the top your game!
The company comprises offices in all states and has major operations in Perth. This is a genuine opportunity to join a respected top tier contractor and what is sure to be a challenging and demanding project.

Ideally you will have:
Proven track record in contract claims management and procurement on large projects.
A track record working on and delivering jobs of $20M+
10 years + experience in a similar role
Advanced negotiation and communication skills
Compliance and legislative knowledge
A strong understanding of industry standards
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines is essential. You will interact with internal and external clients using your exceptional communication skills, and will strive to achieve customer objectives. Ideally, you will hold a tertiary qualification with Construction Management, or similar, and have excellent planning and people development skills. You may be a contracts manager at a recognised mid tier contractor or a senior CA with a tier one company and seeking a new and diverse position.
